Shipping

All orders will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Standard postage may not include tracking or signature and orders will be combined at the discretion of Myhomestyle. Myhomestyle does not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen products once it has left our care. Please refer to the Australia post website if this should occur. 


Returns and Exchanges

Please take care while ordering. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct details on all orders along with reviewing product information before making payments. Unfortunately we cannot return, exchange or offer a refund in case of buyers change of mind. If an order received has incorrect, extra or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly.


Faulty Items

All of our products are carefully checked and wrapped before leaving our care. If there is a fault with your order please e-mail us within 5 days of your order arrival with images of faulty items and keep all packaging and products. If an item is received damaged due to poor handling of Australia Post, buyers should contact and open a case with Australia Post and inform Myhomestyle of the matter. Replacements can be sent once Australia Post has issued a refund.


Web store errors

Although we try our best to double check all content on the site, there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, errors in product descriptions/measurements and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available.  If this occurs, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged.  If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund your account for the amount charged.


Pre Orders

A pre-order is an order that is placed for an item/s that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock. Please read notes in pre-order items as we list the estimate date of arrival. We do not accept responsibility for delays on the Suppliers behalf and do not accept cancellations and refunds because of this. Our estimate delivery dates are our best estimate dates. Ensure you are willing to wait before making your purchase.  Please note orders that include products as "pre-order" will not be shipped until all items (including pre-order item) are available. This is due to combined postage. If you would like the available products shipped sooner, please make separate orders and purchase them separately.  If you have made a combined order and would like separate shipping please e-mail us with your order number and we will organize additional payment for shipping.
